This picture is a good representation of how I am feeling today.  Like I keep spiraling around and around the same issue but never seem to reach the end.  I am a fool!

Hopeless

Do you ever have days where everything feels hopeless and negative.  I am definitely stuck in that sort of day today.  I am frustrated by some of the people I work with, questioning my husband’s feelings for me, feeling unattractive and fat… name a negative thought and I have it.  

I hate these types of days where my natural pessimism comes out and I twist every little thing into a negative context in irrational ways.  

Need some ideas on how to turn things more positive…
